Amd fx-8350

asus sabertooth 990fx

16gb samsung dual-ddr3 1600mhz (2x8)

Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX660 2GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card

Kingston Technology HyperX 3K 2.5 inch 240GB SSD

Need a suggested power supply

Better lower the mobo ( gigabyte 970a-ud3 maybe? ), get 8gb ram and swap the VGA for a GTX660ti/HD7950 ( prefer the 7950 due to game bonuses ). As for SSD, get a Samsung 840 Pro 256gb instead, or get a 840 pro 128gb and a 2TB 3.5" HDD if you need more storage capacity. About power supply, you should get an Antec HCG or Seasonic S12II or Corsair GS, depends on your budget.

Good option. Big performance increase over a GTX660.
