Looking for a CPU-only WC setup for ~$250

Hey guys, so in the next two or three days I'm going to be looking at a new cooling solution for my Intel i7-3770K in the ASUS Z77 Sabertooth motherboard, at first I was looking at both the Corsair H100i / H110, but I've since decided that I'd like a custom system that I can expand on later to also include my GPU.

I've got around $250 to spend on this setup (CPU only!) and I'm wondering if you guys could suggest a part list (or is $250 not enough for CPU only?)

Additional details below.

CPU: Intel i7-3770K @4.2GHz (want to go to 4.8 with WC)
GPUs: 2x PowerColor HD7870 MYST Edition Crossfired
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Motherboard
Case: Cooler Master CM Storm Trooper
Radiator space available:
Top: 1x 360mm OR 1x 240mm OR 1x 280mm
Front: 1x 240mm
Bottom: 1x 240mm
Rear: 1x 140mm OR 1x 120mm

Thanks guys,
- Ryan

For 250 budget, yes XSPC kit would be brilliant and more than capable of expansion. BUT do NOT go cheap on the 750 x20 kit! X20 sucks, weak, prone to fail, and built inside tbe res. RX and AX models are available for around 250 with a higher power and quality D5 pump. And - if it does need service- attaches to the back of the res, not in it
