Should I upgrade my video card or not?

I have a pre-built PC, the HP Pavilion p7-1010 which i think it needs an update cause my GPU bottlenecking. (according to the Windows Experience Index and correct me if I am wrong) However, I don't know if it is worth the cost for an upgrade and i don't know to what to upgrade. I am thinking of using the PC to play more modern games but not on high. Any suggestions? Thanks!

A 7770 would be the best bet for you, you shoudlnt need to upgrade your psu, or a gtx 650e . Any bigger better of a gpu would require a power supply upgrade aswell to power it.

I do have an old 450 W on my old Pc can I still used that to upgrade my power source?

Still would be enough for anything bigger then what i posted a 7770 or a 650e

Why not a Radeon HD 7790 it's slightly better and it will work with a 450w power supply.
