How do I choose the correct motherboard driver updates?

Hello,

I need some help choosing the correct drivers to install for my new ASUS motherboard.

http://www.service.asus.com/#!Downloads/c1wax

After going to this link it will ask for the motherboard and OS.

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK
Windows 8 64 bit

For example, click on the CHIPSET updates : do I choose them all or the most recent one to the current date?

Also, depending on the answer to the above chipset question, should I do the same method for every other driver that is available for download? Such as the BIOS, BIOS-Utilities, AUDIO, USB etc....

I am new to this so if anyone can help me clear up my confusion, I would appreciate it!

Only update the BIOS if you have issues.

How do you tell if you are having issues? Something isn't working correctly (ex. wireless adapter) or it acts like it isn't compatible?
