My computer says that I have no audio devices installed, although I get sound output through my speakers, I've tried many many different drivers, but nothing seems to work. The big problem I am having is that I want to do some audio recording, but 3 different recording softwares say that it can't find any recording devices. I've tried changing my bios settings, and nothing is working! I called ASUS because I thought it could be a bad audio chipset in the motherboard (I built the PC), but he said that if I am getting sound through the speakers, it's not the motherboard, it has to be software related, so he told me to talk to Microsoft. I have a P8Z77V LK motherboard and it has an onboard Realtek audio chipset. Someone, please help me!
