Are these parts compatible and is the PSU enough?

Hello,

Recently I have decided that I want to build a gaming pc to play games such as arma 2/3, minecraft, bioshock Infinite, planetside 2, DayZ standalone, and bf4(when it comes out). i have been indecisive about going with an i5-3570k or an fx-8350. I plan to play games, record, and maybe stream. Also I would like to know if this build would run without any issues and see if all the parts are compatible. i'm not planning in overclocking anytime soon(but maybe in the future).

-Case: COOLER MASTER HAF 912 atx mid tower case.
-CPU: Intel i5-3570k OR AMD fx-8350
-GPU: Powercolor 7850 2gb
-PSU: CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
-RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
-Mobo: MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ Or MSI LGA1155 intel Mobo
-Optical Drive: LITE-ON DVD Burner - Bulk Black SATA Model iHAS124-04 - OEM
-Hard Drive: western digital caviar blue 1TB desktop hard drive

p.s. the fx-8350 at the time of this post would cost me $193.49 and the i5-3570k would cost me $242.10 around $50 difference.

I would drop to an FX 6300/6350 and used the extra cash for a better graphics card since 8(debatable) cores are mostly pointless compared to 6 that can be OCd anyway...

Especially since I do not trust Powercolor. Look for Sapphire, MSI, HIS or Asus. HIS and Sapphire are at similar pricing to the Powercolors.
Oh and if you plan on OCing. Get a little more stable PSU. Like the TX650 V2. The CX are good. Just not stable enough and it will effect OCing.

by the time i buy the processor the offer will most likely be over should i still buy the amd one even though it will cost me around $215?

Haswell comes out on Monday. Wait for those reviews. If Toms knows what they're doing, they'll directly compare the Haswell i5 to 8350 and 3570k (at least) and you'll get a good idea what to buy. At the $200-250 price point it's hard to go wrong because nothing is "bad", but I still think Intel is dunking all over AMD's CPU division both in raw performance and value. The gap will narrow in the next few years as AMD's foundries catch up to Intel when Moore's law goes out the window and die shrinks are overcome by difficulties from quantum mechanics. Right now, my advice is go Intel at all price points unless you have very specific needs for an AMD CPU.

if i go with an ASUS M5A97 mobo instead of the one i mentioned before will everything still be ok since it is an am3+ one too? the thing is that i can get this mobo for $20 cheaper than the msi one and it gives me the option to go CrossFireX in case i want to install another GPU.

i was planning to go with the MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ listed in the post above but now i have decided to go with the ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 am3+ mobo. will all the parts in the initial post still be comparable?i decided to go with the amd fx-8350 processor.
