Please suggest a good motherboard for my system in minimum price.

My system:
Intel 3.4 Ghz i5 3570k processor
Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 660 Windforce OC 2 GB GDDR5 graphics card.
Corsair Vengeance (1 x 8) 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 PC RAM.
Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
NZXT Lexa S Cabinet

I am thinking to go with ASRock Z77 Pro4 Motherboard, but it is already exceeding my budget a bit so please suggest a good motherboard below Rs.8000/-
I might or i might not overclock in future, depends upon the strength of my system to run games of that time, so please suggest different motherboards for both situations, i.e. if i am to overclock and if i dont overclock.

If you don't plan to overclock, you don't need a K-series processor. So take that down to an Intel Core i5-3470 or Intel Core i5-3350P and put the extra cash into the motherboard. An ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP will do for that.

As for RAM, I'd advice a 2x 4GB dual channel setup.

If your not going to sli or crossfire there few msi mini atx mb that are under 100.

As i said, i might or i might not overclock, depends on the situation, so i cannot completely obliterate overclocking.
I will go with the 3570K because i just want to be future proof.
