That's one of the AMDs APUs and thus it has both a CPU and GPU (video card) built in.
However it won't run demanding games very well I believe.
So if you're wanting to play something like battlefield 3, then you'll need a video card yes.
I've never heard of pisonet. .

I want to maximize my space ..currently i have printing shop almost infront of schools here in qc...do you think its ok if i have computer rental almost infront of the school?
