So I recently built my first gaming PC with the following parts:
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
CPU: Intel Core i7-2700K 3.5GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
PSU: Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660ti 2GB
Thing is, it runs games at quite a bit less FPS than I know it should, running Starcraft 2 at about 40fps with high graphics, and Skyrim at ultra-high graphics around the same, just for reference, a friend with a nearly identical PC except for a GTX560ti gets 60fps in both scenarios.
Any suggestions about what I can do?
