Problem on Gaming Fps drops

Here's my problem i love to play online games with high settings with good fps but the problem is that i cant enjoy my games because of this fps drops. i just bought a new gtx 650 TI boost card because i think this will solved my problem but it didnt . i really dont know what should i replace on my old cpu please help me i really need a good advise.

4gb of ddr2 Ram
Gtx 650 ti boost 2gb OC edition
250 gb of HD

$522 -- You need to ditch that MB, and will need DDR3 ram too. There's no sense in incrementally upgrading what you've got. You should (if you could) bite the bullet and get it all done in one sweeping motion

Here is a no compromises setup, and realistically you dont have Windows 7 retail so you'd need a new OEM copy cause of the MB change.

You didnt list your PSU, so you may need a new one of those too

i got a resolution of 1366x768 . but when i try some online games like neverwinter or dragons prophet my pc cant handle them i got 10-16 fps or lower and i sucks cause u just bought this new gpu still doesnt solve my problem i really dont know what should i upgrade i really need help please. i need to change my mobo to because this one cant handle i5 or i7 processors. can u help me to have a good list of cheap prices of i5 processors and a good mobo that supports high end cpu. thank you so much. i got a budget of 350$

Rex is this a good setup for a mid range cpu?

gtx 650 ti boost oc edition
i5 3570k cpu
4gb ddr3 1600 corsair ram
asrock z77 pro4 mobo

because right now my gtx 650 ti boost card is not performing well i think theirs a problem in my computer and i dont know what part. thank you for helping
