If it has PCIE slot listed, it should fit in. Also you didn't gave the name of the motherboard.

Gigabyte - Company
Intel Z77 - Motherboard type
LGA1155 - CPU socket type

But basically it would work because its fairly new and almost all new motherboards have PCIE slot for sure.
You can either Google it or give us your exact motherboard name.

You can find it by downloading and installing CPU Z and going to motherboard tab to find out its model number.
