Hi, my current motherboard is overheating a bit so I'm going to look into a new one as the one I have currently came with my pc when I bought it last summer.

My current specs;

Intel Core i3 2100 CPU-- I may be looking to upgrade this to i5 soon

1024MB AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series GPU

520w Antec power supply

DDR3 ram, sata hard drives ect

someone gave me this three motherboards to think about;

Asus 1

Asus 2

Asrock

I wouldn't like to spend anymore than maybe $130, but if its $150 and its the next step up from say one $20 less, I would consider it. I don't really know much about motherboards so if you could explain to me which one of these or one that you choose is good for my build I would be super grateful. Thanks in advance.

since you have a core i3 i wouldn't recommend anything over a 100$ board. this is a good mobo for you
Asrock H77 Pro4/MVP : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157302&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= priced $ 74.99
