What is the best 600w modular PSU?

I'm looking for a reliable 600w modular PSU, My budget is somewhere around £100 but it doesn't matter if it's more.

Get a XFX 650W. It's semi-modular. If you really need a fully modular PSU, then the OCZ ZT 650W.

I was looking around some more, and found that the 520watt seasonic was 40 pounds cheaper, do you think it would be enough for the following -
i5 3570k (planning to OC to 4.4)
7850
MSI z77a-g45
8gb ddr3 1600mhz
