What do you think about this £500 budget gaming pc

my current £500 system that i will build is
amd fx-6300
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
AMD Performance Edition 4GB 1600mhz
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM
Gigabyte Gtx 660
Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus
corsair cx430 v2
windows 7 hp 64-bit

os is necassery but monitor and optical drive arent.

  1. A couple things.
    1 are you building this?
    2 what is windows 7 hp 64 bit
    3 im guessing you can;t fit an ssd in your budget
    4 660 is bad for price/performance

    3.no i cant but i dont really want an ssd, i know they give a lot faster boot up times but after that theres really not much difference.
    4. what would you suggest instead.
  3. ok didnt catch the hp stands for home premium. My eyes recognized it as hewlett packard.

  6. well if you can afford an 7870 xt go for it. you will love it. way faster than a 660 and similarly priced.
