Btw, these fans com with 3 pins connectors right? So I basically plug them in my MoBo? Instead of plugging them into the PSU?

You can do either one. You cannot control them if you plug them into the PSU directly. They will run at 100%. If you want to control them, plug them into a fan controller like the NZXT Sentry Mesh. If you plug them into a motherboard header, I would advice to not use a splitter for multiple fans per header. Otherwise, your motherboard won't control it well.

I'll probably get a fan controller later, for now ill use the mobo and Softeware to control the fans
My mobo has 4 SysFan (msi z77-g45 gaming), which is good because I only have 4 fans. So one each
My last concern is, the motherboard would supply the power to those fans right? if I plug them directly to the board?
