Windows Features showing ONLY IE Explore

Problem: Windows Features displays Internet Explorer 10 (Only)
- I can't turn my .NET on because it is not shown

Attempted Fixes:

sfc /scannow

update readiness tool + corrupt key deletion

chkdsk

defrag

system restore


Specs:

Windows 7 x64 - Intel i7 3930K


Additional Info: System restore is not an option. Would like a solution not involving a re-install.

Sorry about the long response time. I have been brutally busy at a new job and totally forgot about this issue. However, it resurfaced yesterday. No, my screen looks nothing like that. It only displays Internet Explorer.

Tried - still no joy. I reinstalled windows and it seems to be working fine again. It may have been an issue with one of windows updates, I know they've released a few bunk KB's in the last year. Anyways, I'll give it a week to see if all is still well.
