Hello all, looking for some advice, i'm about to build myself a server and i wanted some guidance on how much power i really need. Its going to be a DC/natbox/wi-fi controller and have some very light print management, but its main job is going to be streaming media across my network in the form of straight DVD rips to ISO's, which will be mounted and played back on machines across the network. My original idea was to go with an i5 3550p (or something in that general area) with 32gb of DDR3 dual channel (only because its cheap enough for 16gb kits). is this overkill, or about right for what i need?
