"Best" 200mm or 230mm case fan

So basically, this (CM Megaflow; 200mm) or this (BitFenix Spectre Pro; 230mm)? The CM one is a quieter, so I'm leaning towards that; however, it lacks PWM control, so I was thinking I could just get the Spectre and then control it to make it quieter than the CM Megaflow if needed. The fan would be used for intake at the front of a BitFenix Prodigy (black). Thanks! :)

CM will fit most cases, very quiet and very strong fans; but if your case has enough room for the Bitfenix fans, definitely go for them. Better airflow, better fan blades. I bought two 200mm and i had to shave one of them down with a dremel on one side to make it fit my Corsair 600t case. PWM is really cool, but since i have my own fan controller built in with my case, i didn't really need it.
