Hello Tom's hardware people!
Im doing my friend a favor, he's looking for a psu and some RAM to complete his build but we're having trouble fiding it because his budget is only about ~110-115$

The PSU he's getting is the XFX ATX 550w (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004RJ8EKI/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&colid=3FV01HVS2G9F0&coliid=I2IGC3FFNFMFSP&me=&seller=) but doesn't which RAM to get.
He's looking for 8GB (2x4) and if not possible then 2x2GB or 1x4GB
So a little help fitting these two components in 110$
NOTE: I'm from Venezuela so i can't use rebates
