i7-4770k vs i7-3930k for gaming/productivity?

I'm in the market for a brand new system (from scratch). Which of the two CPU's is the best bet? Price is not a concern, I want the best performance and something to last about 1-2 years.

Games:
BF3
Borderlands 2
Skyrim with mods
+ some others

Productivity:
Coding/compiling
Audio encoding
Video encoding

Yeah, that's what I thought too. It's going to be in an enclosed area, so I hope heat is not going to be too much off an issue. Thinking of going with Cosair H100i to cool it down. Taking Recommendations for other coolers as well.
