System won't boot

I was unable to go into bios so I thought of clearing cmos I kept kept a flathead screw driver on the clr cmos pins and powered up my computer still keeping the screw driver on the pins it restarted and removed the screw driver of it and now my computer stucks on bios splash screen and turns black after that and I'm still unable to get into bios btw I'm using gigabyte h61m-s2p board.

Normally you only need to remove the CMOS Battery to clear CMOS. Try that anyway, remove the battery with power removed from the system and wait 30 seconds before you replace. Sometimes holding down the power switch while you're waiting helps unlock frozen systems, try that too.
You may need to Flash your BIOS using Q-Flash, hopefully there will be on-screen instructions.

Meanwhile you should have removed power before attempting to reset CMOS

I tried booting with my original gpu which is 6970 and everything went fine but when I insert my 780 it stays at bios splash screen for 25 secs and then boots up and when I tried clearing cmos with 780 inserted the above problem came

Could be a Power problem, post your full details inc. PSU, drives...
And what version of Windows you're using...

You're on the limits for the 780, but should boot. You'll probably need to install the 6970 in order to boot in Safe mode to remove the AMD drivers

Gtx 780 did boot earlier but with that waiting time on bios splash screen I tried clearing cmos to cut that bios waiting time and to get into bios but it won't boot only now

Alright when I tried to boot up with my 6970 inserted I cmos clear Window appeared because I had cleared cmos earlier and now I m able to get into bios but nothings happening when I tried with 780 no cmos clear Window no bios but only the splash screen for 25 secs then all black

Well, try re-installing the 6970 to see if you can get as far as BIOS, and restore default settings. If you can't get into BIOS you may have damaged the board by shorting the CMOS pins with power on.

Then try contacting Gigabyte as it looks like a BIOS compatibility issue.
