hello,
my WD elements desktop external hdd WDBAAU0010HBK-00 was working fine 3 days back no issues perfectly alright but it stopped working then & unable to connect...i tried to connect to various other PC/laptops but its unknown device in device manager...& also there is sound of usb connection but the led on hdd 1st blinks then while the power cord is connected but when usb is connected the led is steady ITS ASKING FOR DRIVERS before it never asked....kindly reply immediately...
