hdmi tv and vga monitor conection to work at same time

Set up multiple monitors in windows. So monitor 1 will be VGA and monitor 2 HDMI connected. Then you can have same image on both (cloning) or different image (expanding). You can also use it at fullscreen device... so any program opening in fullscreen goes on HDMI and rest of them on VGA.
