my pc only takes in dual channel 1333 RAM and the max memory my cpu and motherboard can handle is 16 GB. so what would is the best 16GB ( 8 GB x 2 ) or a ( 4 x 4GB ) 1333mhz Ram kit ? give me some suggestions please. going to use pc exclusively for gaming

A 2*8gb be would be better, due to less problems with compatibility than on 4*4gb kits ( since your mobo only support 16gb 1333mhz at max, I guess it's not a LGA2011 motherboard ). No different in speed between a 2*8gb and a 4*4gb kit on your mobo.
As for specific kit, even the cheapest one would do just fine, if you don't have the desire to overclock your RAM and/or your motherboard doesn't support RAM overclocking.
16gb of RAM just for gaming is quite generous, however.
