Becuz it uses the specs from intel, not the actual speed. Use CPU-Z for that sort of thing.
Just leave it as is, the PC will run at 3.5GHz if necessary automatically without interference from you.
Alright, this is what I did, should I keep this you think?
"Adjust CPU ratio" Puted it on 35 (3,5 ghz)
Puted DDR3 to 1600 mhz.
Seted vcore and DRAM voltage to auto.
"Intel turbo boost" - Enabled.
Should I keep it?
I heard something about that intel turbo boost only gets to
3,3 ghz if all 4 cores is used, even tho its turbo is 3,5 ghz, thats why I asked if I should turn of the intel turbo boost so that maybe all 4 cores uses 3,5 ghz, hmm..
