Overclocking FSB on MSI P45 Neo - RAM issues - please help

Hi there. I have been dabbling in overclocking for the last few months. And eventually realised my mobo supports a very easy FSB tweak, by removing 2 pins. Normally it runs at 333MHz - but removing the pins makes it run at 400.
All is happy with my CPU Q9550 - with a Hyper Evo 212 cooler. Hums along at around 40 degrees even under load (brilliant cooler). But I get random crashes - sometimes I don't but daily, even simple things like a web browser will just close, or a game with crash to desktop. Rarely a full blue screen, but it has happened.
I have 6 GB RAM DDR2 800MHz. 2 GB are Micron, the other 4 are Samsung. There are no memory errors when I checked them.

Normally the CPU runs at stock 2.83GHz and with the FSB overclock runs at 3.4GHz no problem.

When I set my FSB to 400 - obviously this affects my RAM too. But in the bios the FSB/DRAM Ratio stays at 800. (which I think is 1:1). I used Auto setting and also the 1:1 1600:800 (manual) setting for the ratio. But the intermittent crashing continues.
Obviously the motherboard is designed for the overclock... but I'm not sure the RAM is up to the job.

I have linked some photos of the BIOS settings, so if anyone could say what I could do to change the settings to be more stable I would be grateful.
My question is - is it probably a question of getting better RAM which copes with the increase in FSB better? Like Crucial Ballistix? Or am I missing something...?
Thanks very much for your help guys!
