I'm building a new sistem for games and daily use. I was pretty sure of buyin a i5 3570k and a ga-z77-ud3h. And a 8 gb ram memory and hd. Well, when I finished the budget i saw it was more than I could pay. On my country the cost was 25% more expensive than if I buy the non oc version.
I5 3570 and a ga-h77-ds3h.

I want to keep my rig as long as possible, sometjing like 5 years or until it lasts running games smoothly. At the moment I own a gtx 550 ti (but Im planning on buying a high end video card) and a corsair 450 vs.

Im not an expert in overclock and I will not do it if my computer is running ok. I want to play games like crisys 3 and battlefieldwith (only after i buy a new vga) good fps and avoid bottlenecking with a high end vga. Will a overclocling system allowes me t have the great perfirmance im looking for ?

Right now I wanna have fun with ac, tr, gta and other games that my vga can handle.

B75s are slightly cheaper but if you can't find it then don't worry. H77 just have a little more options.

Gigabyte is a good mobo manufacturer. I would be happy with a H77 + 3570.
The H77 mobo you listed + 3570 = 355 + 630 = 985R$
Z77 mobo you listed + 3570k + (CoolerMaster Evo) = 480 +690 + 100 (a guess on Evo) = 1270R$

So, to overclock you will spend 285R$ more. It's up to you if it's worth it.
Should you buy overclocking components? Depends on budget and if you are willing to learn. IF you simply want to play then I'd say no, but I think overclocking can be a great way to push a budget rig beyond. Take a fx-6300. By itself it isn't as fast as an i3, but once you overclock it then it'll beat the i3 in every category. That's why I'd suggest a fx-6300 for budget builds. Another option is to get a i5-3550p or 3470 + H77 mobo and you can't overclock.

If you really want to push gaming then get a i5 + H77 and spend more money on your GPU. The GPU is by far the most important gaming component.

If you buy a i3 or i5, or fx-xxxx CPU then you won't bottleneck games.

Yes, I just want to play and have a good and fast computer for a long time, thats why I bought a mid end vga, because I wanted to invest on the best cpu and mobo and with this vga I could play the games i wish in full hd. For crisys or bf or other game which demands on a high end vga I'll buy in the end of the year.

Do you tuink I should wait for haswell or i'd be fully satisfied with ivy bridge ? And is this mobo the same as ga-z77-ud3h ?I'd be good with the h77 or i should tale a look at msi asrock and asus mobos ?

Haswell is faster, and since you are worried about going a long time with the system then I'd say get Haswell. However, just get a i5 w/o overclocking capability to save some money. If so, then you need a 1150 mobo too.

However, if you are fine with Ivy Bridge. It is really solid. The Gigabyte board you chose is good for overclocking so I don't suggest it for you. I'd buy this, i5-3570 + H77 for ~$380. The upside to this is that the mobo is proven good, and reviews for 1150 will be a while.

Do you think GIGABYTE GA-H77-DS3H a good mobo by specifications and quality ? Some researches I made I saw some ppl saying h77 is a waste of money if I can get b75. But I cant find b75 anyway... am I going to regret the h77 mobo and i5 3570 in the future ?
