Which Motherboard Should I Get?

Ok, so i recently bought an AsRock Extreme3 970 (as suggested by people on the forums) but after 3 replacements, none of them worked. Therefore, I am going to spend a bit more on a motherboard.

I was looking at these three boards:

and...

Now, I'm presuming the 990xa is going to be the best one as it is a better chipset. But i'm not the greatest when it comes to motherboards.

Also, feel free to link me to any better motherboards (my max budget is £90).

PS: Worth mentioning that i'm going to be buying a FX-8320 and WILL be overclocking it.

The 990xa one is only £3 more expensive than the 970a-ud3 right now, so it'd be dumb not getting it. This board is capable for heavy overclocking, too. The Asus M5A97 R2.0 can sometimes throttle your CPU ( got a case about this just yesterday ), therefor I won't suggest getting that motherboard, thus its overclocking ability is much lower than the two Gigabyte motherboards.
