Hi!

Just my rig:

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DX Setup Parameters: Not found

System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)
DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled
DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 32bit Unicode
+Corsair SSD 120GB
+GTX 670 2GB

Since I installed the 670 card I have serious FPS issues in every game, such as World of Warcraft (TBC patch), Battlefield 3 (pretty much unplayable), Dota 2.

With my old gpu radeon HIS HD5470 1GB I could play BF3 at ~30-50 FPS on medium/high.
Now it's max 10 FPS.

And this goes for all the games mentioned. I've installed/reinstalled drivers, old drivers, new drivers. Without any major changes in perfomance. I used driver sweeper in safe mode, installed new drivers in safe mode aswell.

I purchased this card for around 300€ and I feel absolutely robbed. It feels wierd that my CPU would be a bottleneck when it could handle more FPS with my older card? I am no expert on the subject though.

Any tips that would solve this problem would be really appreciated!

This is the procedure I always use

1. Uninstall old GFX card drivers.
2. Shut down and remove card.
3. Boot to safe mode, use registry cleaner to remove all AMD GFX references in registry
4. Shut down and install new card
5. Boot to windows, install new drivers

You think it's old drivers that are messing with my new card, even after I uninstalled them and used driver sweeper?
