Is this a good budget mini-ITX build, does it support Windows 8?

Hello, I'm constructing a 1280x720 60FPS gaming rig for a friend that is easy to transport that will last for the next 3-4 years. It's built on a budget of 700€, although it goes a bit over that. All parts are bought from http://www.jimms.fi/ since we need the parts to ship to Finland from a trusted retailer/retailers. I would like some ideas on better alternative parts, cheaper prices from other retailers and/or compatibility issues I may have missed. Also, can you run Windows 8 on this setup, or will there be any severe software/hardware compatibility issues?

AMD A10-5800K Black Edition (129.90 €)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 (24.00 €)
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6570 (74.00 €)
AsRock FM2A85X-ITX (97.00 €)
BitFenix Prodigy Fire Red (74.50 €)
Seagate 1TB Barracuda (69.00 €)
Kingston HyperX 2x4GB DDR3 1866MHz CL9 (88.00 €)
Samsung SH-224BB DVD+/-RW (21.00 €)
Corsair 430W CX Builder Series v2 (55.00 €)
Microsoft Windows 8, 64-bit, FI DVD, OEM (112.00 €)
TOTAL: 774,40 €

Also, I plan on OCing the A10-5800K to 4.5GHz and CrossFiring it with the Radeon HD 6570. I also already own Arctic Cooler thermal paste. This system is not supposed to be upgraded at all, and is meant for LAN and ease of transport. Thanks for reading, I hope to hear some answers soon. :)

EDIT: I a willing to buy from other retailers too, such as http://cdon.fi/ and http://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi .

The only I could really add is from what I have read you really do not get much if any performance increase by Crossfire'ing two low end cards it is better to get one higher end card that to low ones. For the price of two 6570's you could most likely get one 7850. I do not know what the price would be were you are but in US currency a Sapphire 7850 would be about $154 for a single card.

There there is the heat issue with putting two GPU's in such a small case. Just some thoughts.

Of course none of those CPU's would fit in a AMD motherboard! Stick with what you have the AMD APU is a good CPU not to worry.

You could go with a AM3+ motherboard and a FX CPU since you are not going to use the built in GPU though. But it is not necessary and I am not sure you could bring your build in for the same price if you were to go that rout though.

Plus the Intel Pentium G2010, LGA1155, 2.8GHz that is in his link is so out of date it is not even worth it. At 2.8GHz stock it is much slower that the one the OP picked.

You are correct I completely miss read that line in his post and thought he was getting another 6570 to Crossfire. Still a 7750 or 7850 would be better than the 6570.

Unfortunately you cannot CrossFire the 7750 with the A10-5800K. I would have used the recommended 6670, but couldn't find one on any retailer I trust that also ships to Finland. I would like to use the APU to it's maximum potential here. If not that, would the CrossFire A10-5800K+Radeon HD 6570 be a more powerful GPU than a single 7750 or 7850? Then I could have the A10 focusing solely on CPU tasks, using the graphics card for GPU tasks instead, only increasing costs by about 50€.

I'm sorry, but I fail to see how this would be more worthwhile. The Intel Pentium G2010 would not be able to work together with the R7750 as a GPU, there would be a decrease of 4-6GB RAM to be used for the GPU. The A10-5800K has a higher stock clock than the Pentium, and almost twice as low clock speed if you count the OC I plan on doing. Also, there would be only one GPU instead of two. Not to mention, this would decrease the costs by only a measly 35€. Please elaborate since I don't quite follow.

A large amount of graphics memory isn't really important for gaming, especially at 720P. Even so, dedicated memory is a lot better than shared memory.

I know it is tempting to just look at the numbers but there isn't really that much of a difference between the Pentium G2010 and A10 for gaming in terms of pure CPU power. The way to think of it is that games won't fully utilise the 3rd and 4th cores and the architecture of the Pentium is much more efficient that the A10. The A10 is a little bit better but the onboard graphics on it are only useful for much lower end systems.

The i3 on the other hand is actually better than the A10 for gaming and the HD 7750 is a lot better than the HD7660D + HD 6570. This would actually come out at around the same price as well.

Alright, thanks a bunch. Are there any good mITX motherboard on my chosen retailers site that supports LGA 1155 and the the Pentium/i3?

Grab an Asrock B75-M ITX. It's a great board. Memory find two 4GB sticks running at 1600MHz. For an HDD find a 500GB from either Seagate or Western Digital at 7200 RPM. For a PSU grab a Corsair CX430. And if you want a CPU cooler, find a Cooler Master Hyper TX3. I have one in my own rig and for $20 bucks it cools better than some liquid coolers.

Alright, how is this? I couldn't find the B75 motherboard, so I grabbed a H77 instead.

It comes out to 559.30€, which is cheaper than my earlier 630€ for components. Adding Windows 8 (http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/WN7-00406) it amounts to 711.30€, which is still cheaper. If I went mATX, it would make this a whole lot easier and possibly cheaper, but I like the design and practicality of the Bitfenix Prodigy. :)

Okay, so these? http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/KHX16C10B1B%2F8
I played around with the idea of dropping the graphics card altogether and just have the A10 do all the graphics and fiddled with some of the other parts. It came out to about 700€, but it's not that great of a gain. I think your configuration is much better suited for this build. Thank you. :)

EDIT: This is the final build then. I found another retailer that sold the parts way cheaper, http://www.tietokonekauppa.fi/ so I might try them this time. I also went with a little styling, I couldn't help it. :D Everything is still under 700€ (699.60€).
