Computer won't boot, see inside

So I've been trying to boot my computer over and over again for the last hour. I've tried changing some settings in the BIOS (it does POST) but to no avail. I keep getting this after it POSTs, and then the colors move a little bit but it just stays there (and sometimes then restarts on its own). I have no idea what's going on. This has actually happened before, but usually I can just restart the computer once and it'll work the next time. Any help would be appreciated.

Try Puling the gpu and see if the onboard video works fine. It coud be the monitors panel that failed or the inverter in the monitor. If you can try another monitor or tv.

Well I just tried using integrated graphics and that seemed to work at first but then Windows started having some serious errors, gave me a bunch of messages, froze up, and the screen turned black. Now I'm just getting the colors again when I start it up. It seems like there's something seriously wrong with my computer, but I don't know whether it's with one of my parts, or it's a software issue, or something else.

OpEn the case check that the CPU fan s moving and the CPU cooler on tight.
Check for lose ram. If it still acts up try another power supply see if it says up longer...try booting into the bios check mb temp and voltages there.

Already did all that...except the PSU because I'm not really able to do that. I don't think it's the PSU, though.
