Trying to solve BSOD problems

A few weeks ago I started getting BSOD errors randomly with my computer, and since I was probably due for it I decided to completely reinstall Windows 7. After a complete fresh reinstall, I'm still getting BSOD errors almost daily, sometimes a few times a day. I ran Memtest, and got a few hundred errors after almost two passes, so I replaced both of my RAM sticks with brand new ones. I was still getting blue screens, so I ran Memtest again and got over 15,000 errors in less than two hours.

I accessed my dump files, and uploaded a picture here. Hopefully that's helpful.

I'm not sure what else could be the problem, and I'm getting so many different errors that I'm not sure where else to start troubleshooting. Since they're almost all kernel errors do I need to do another reinstall? Or could the slots on my motherboard be bad?

Paul there are few things that can cause ram to fail. First is an old outdated bios file that missing newer CPU and ram codes. On your main bios s teen will be the bios rev that flashed into the bios chip. Check with your mb vendor to see if that file is the newest. If not flash the bios. The the other issue I seen is a bad power supply with weak outputs. Look in your mb Heath screen or hardware monitor make sure the voltage output stays within atx spec. If you have a newer sb or ib CPU it could be a bent pin or bad memory controller. Or the ram in the wrong slots or not seated.
On older mb if seen this issue with over clock ram on slower DDR 2 800 mb.
Mb ram controller could not keep up with 1066 ram.

How would I find the voltage?

I built this computer about 3 years ago and everything's been working perfectly since then, so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue, right?. I hadn't changed anything until I swapped the RAM out, so I don't think anything's been seated wrong.

I downloaded SpeedFan, and I think it shows that all my voltages are okay.

The past few days it's also been randomly saying that it fails to start and makes me run startup repair. It seems to be random, because I've powered it off during and the next time it starts up just fine.

It also has been seeming to blue screen while it's in sleep mode which...I didn't even know could happen. But it wakes me up every night restarting itself if I leave it on.
