Freezing + BSOD. Can anyone decipher this?

I've posted about something similar to this a few months back but since then I have tried numerous things and unfortunately nothing seems to be working. Basically my pc randomly freezes while the sound hangs continuously and it never unfreezes. The only thing I can do is hold the power button until it turns off. This has been happening for quite a while and seems to occur more while I am watching streams on twitch.tv but it still freezes whenever it feels like it.

These are my PC specs:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-M
CPU: Intel i7-3770 3.4GHz
Graphics: EVGA GTX 680 4MB
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 16GB (4x4GB)
PSU: Rosewill Xtreme RX750-S-B 750W

Some more things to note is I temperature checked everything and it doesn't look like an overheat issue. CPU is running 30-35c idle and 55-60c under load. I have replaced the motherboard twice already but nothing has really changed. I also swapped out the RAM from same brand 2x8GB to what I listed, 4x4GB but it still froze. The PSU also has been kind of iffy since I first got it. It's pretty loosely connected to the motherboard so any small movement in the wrong direction cuts the power entirely. It seems to work fine when its on and running but as of late it's been acting up like turning on and off in a loop when I turn the pc on which I assume is due to the loose connection. Is it possible for it to cause the system to freeze entirely? I thought it would just shut off instantly rather than freeze.

Anyway, the last time it froze which was a few days ago, I actually got a BSOD which has only happened a few times and a minidump file. I opened it with WhoCrashed and this is what it says:

On Fri 5/31/2013 3:20:05 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\053113-22604-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C40)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8010499028, 0xBE000000, 0x800400)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Anyone have an idea on what I should try next? Pretty confused on this situation right now.

Yeah, this was the next thing I would try because the PSU has been really acting up lately. Thanks for the input
