Want to build a new gaming desktop, wonder if I'm missing something here?

I don't need/want anything flashy. I'm a very low income college student so I'll take what I can get. I'm not into getting a bazillion fps and high refresh rates, and the monitor I already have is an older flatscreen (and I like it, so I'm going to use it for this).
Just saying this to prepare any readers; I'm not a high-end PC gamer or anything.
All I really want is to not have to worry about whether or not my hardware is up to par with newer games. As far as my knowledge of hardware goes, I'm fine. It's just that it's been a long while since I've messed with this stuff and I'm afraid I'll miss something.
That said, here's what I've got so far:

lian li pc-ao5fn8 case = $90

Intel Core i3-3220 Ivy Bridge 3.3GHz = $130

BIOSTAR TZ75B LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI = $100

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 = $70

RAIDMAX Blackstone series RX-700AC 700W = $70

Seagate Constellation ES ST1000NM0011 1TB = $140

ZOTAC ZT-61102-10M GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB = $140

= $740

Comments or suggestions?

Alright, thanks. Will 550W be fine later on if I upgrade the GPU or something? (I'm guessing if I do upgrade single components, it won't be by too much anyway)

You are to right. Get a quality power supply a XFX power supply as Ksham has suggested if you want some breathing room you can get the 650 as well but beyond that I don't believe you'll need given the trend of late of power required lowering over time.
