Corsair H100i vs Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO For 8350 (Overclocking)

Cant decide what cooler to get. I would like a solid and safe overclock to at least 4.5 GHz. Whats the best to get? Here is my current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/UnexceptionalJew/saved/1Aov

That's an unfair comparison. The H100i costs over $100 while the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO costs about $30. But if those two are your only options, then go with the H100i. Otherwise, get a Noctua NH-D14.

Apples and oranges. You shouldn't even be comparing those two products. Why build a $1000+ build and bring up an $30 cooler anyway?

As ksham suggested, go with the Noctua NH-D14. Personally, I'd look for an single rad close loop cooler.
