My graphics card isn't the best out there and I'm considering upgrading to a GTX 670
Would it be compatible with my current specs?

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD FX-4170
Zambezi 32nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-78LMT-USB3 (Socket M2)
Graphics
S22C300 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB AMD Radeon HD 6670 (XFX Pine Group)
Hard Drives
932GB Hitachi HUA721010KLA330 ATA Device (SATA)
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS95 ATA Device
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

Solution
Yes it is compatible, but with the 7XX cards out, it may be worth a short wait for the gtx 760ti as it will be as fast or faster than the 670(and may cost less :) ).

Also, make sure you have a power supply that can handle the 670.

Cheaper than the 670 AND faster? I might as well wait then thanks for the advice. I have checked my power supply and I should have more than enough for the 670 anyway. Thanks for the help. :bounce:

Nvidia's 7XX cards have the 780 that is a slightly cut back Titan card and 770 that is an overclocked GTX680 and the GTX760ti that is a slightly overclocked GTX 670.

The best thing is that the 780 and 770 have the titan style cooler so if the 760 ti does(I have not seen a review or the card in store yet), it will be very cool and quieter too.

Makes me wish I held off a bit longer for my 670....
