Hey guys.

So ever since I have built my computer back in January this year I have had quite a few issues, this being only one of them, that I am now trying to address as I am fed up of them existing.

So essentially here's the problem. Whenever I enable Windows Aero (with or without transparency it doesn't make a difference) my computer beings stuttering and lagging, it's like it can't handle it or like it's struggling? Now considering my specifications and that everything is brand new, I am honestly confused and I can't figure out what is causing the issue. I'm not sure if it would be my graphics card, or if it's a faulty motherboard or what, but I'm really hoping that somebody here can shed some light.

I'm willing to give more information if need be, but I've already done lots and lots of troubleshooting for hours upon hours and I have had no luck...
