Cannot connect to specific website

I have had on and off access to a couple of websites that I use quite a bit. I know they are working because I can get to them via a free online proxy and other people haven't had issues. I reset my host file to default and contacted my ISP who said they didn't have it blocked and could access it on their end just fine. So I know it is either my computer or the router. There are other computers in the house and they cannot access the sites as well, so I believe it is my router. I know a very limited amount amount about networks and routers. I read online something about tracert.com running the routing would be helpful, but that was about all I understood in that post. Below is the results of that process.
