one thing you lot for got to mention it that playing games through the normal leads that come with the consoles ie ps3 / xbox or running it though a hmdi lead because i've tried both and preferred the hmdi lead over the normal lead that it came with the ps3 i get better quality picture in sharpness and ideal for black ops and other types of 1st/3rd person shooters games and all so driving games but this my preference , but as they say each to there own preferences

Of course its going to be clearer for HD TVs. hdmi = higher resolution compared to analog.
Another advantage with hdmi is also surround sound. Ideal setup for an xbox or ps3 is using a receiver with hdmi to get the whole digital package.

they were comparing different tv's for gaming but never mentioned about the differentes between usin the normal leads or hmdi leads and yes i agree with wat you say about soround sound but i use a tertle beach head set but i was just giving my opinion wat my prefereance was
