Fps lag spikes on every game

For a bout a month now i was suffering terrible fps lag spikes probem is when i start game like (League of legends) in the beginning i play him on 30-25 fps after 5 minutes fps drops to lke 4-5 after 5 minutes the fps is again 25-30 after 5 minutes agan fps 5... This problam is for all of me games i tried to scan with malwerabyts.. Please help me!

He wants to know what CPU, memory, graphics card and other internal components make up your system. Also what resolution you play the games at...

Also, perhaps, what operating system... stuff like that.

Well, I'd look for some process that kicks in every 5 minutes. Or for paging. Before you start your game to you shutdown all unnecessary background processes? You don't have Indexer running?

It could be something in the background that uses a) CPU time, b) performs disk I/O at somewhat regular intervals or c) just gobbles a ton of RAM and your system has to reclaim memory.
