AMD Athlon X2 270(NO GPU)
ASUS motherboard
4 GB RAM
2 TB Hard Disk
DVD RW
Which PSU Should i use ?
he will not going to get GPU isit possibl e to use 2 tb hard disk with 350W PSU ?

For your system 350W should be enough (a bit too tight) but 450W is a bit better to have some reserve.
I would recommend the 450W better

you can really still find the old Corsair VS450W on the market? I had one of those until 2 years ago and I bought it in 2007.

Wow! I thought Corsair discontinued VS450 already.

Corsair VS450 is good. I sold/replaced it 2 years ago since I need more juice, so... not because it is broken.
It served me very well for about 4 years

even with a nvidia GTX260 (about a 100w) you won't break 250w with a athlon II x2
