I am using router from gigaset and I am trying to access admin page with 192.168.254.254, but cannot do so. When I try to enter ipconfig in my laptop cmd, I get the following response.

Though, I can access the same router when connected to other router as bridge.
Looking for solution from last few weeks, any kind of help appreciated.
