670ftw vs 770

So I posted this question before the benchmarks of 770 came out but now that they are out I want to ask this question again to see peoples opinions. Which one you think is better. Now I know the 770 is being compared to the 680 but the 670 ftw version is also basically a vanilla 680 so I wanted to see what people thought. I also used evga step up program to trade my 670 ft to the 770.

SO had a quick question. I dont know much about PSU but i have a 700 watt psu its an azza psu, YES its a horrible psu, i got the comp as a gift and have replaced everything inside except the psu. Will the gtx 770 work with this psu. My gtx 670 ftw works flawlessly on the psu without any power issues.

My rig:
amd fx 8350 OCd to 4.4ghz
H80 cooler
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
gtx 670 ftw (getting the 770)
gtx 550 ti as psych X card
8gb ram
700 watt psu- AzzA
8 case fans (2 fans with h80 cooler)
WD hardrive
