In the past I have used Xcopy and xcopy32 to copy the complete contents of a hard drive to a folder on a different drive, Now I can not seem to get the Syntax switches correct, I have tried using xcopy /? to look up the switche setting but I just cann't seem to get my brain around it (I guess 70 years will cause that). If someone can give me the right switch settings, I will make a bat file from it and maybe not forget where I put it
I am try to copy everything on drive C: to a folder named intel-I7 on drive J:. This I intend to use as a reference file not as a back up . I am running windows xp pro SP3 on a intet I7 CPU
