Which is odd since the 3770k is on the list and it is almost identical to the 3570k with the only difference being hyperthreading. Since this is Intel's own list, I'm assuming that the 3570k is not Z68 compatible.
Actually the Z77 is at the same price or below that of the Z68 series (unless you are buying used). The Z68 was a wonderful series of mobos but they are mostly out of production as they were replaced by the Z77.
