I've been contemplating waiting for Haswell for my new rig Im building in 2 weeks. I've got my GPU PSU and case so far. Since haswell is finally here, is there any good mobos out right now, or coming out within the next month that is micro atx and will fit in my corsair obsidian 350D?

Edit: looks like the Asus Gryphon Z87 would work, for cheaper too (would balance out cost if upgrading to 4570k. So here is my question now:

Option 1: 3570k + Asus Maximus V Gene
Option 2: 4570k + Asus Gryphon Z87

Depends on your budget and color theme, thou. Asus z87 gryphon seems nice and neutral.

Color theme is mainly UV (dark purple look) and blue UV coolant, I want that dark look, so you won't be able to tell the Gryphon is grey. As for money, I will spend the little extra to upgrade

I'm also seeing places talk about the Thermal Armor upgrade which looks pretty interesting, and I'd be able to go for that since this board is $20 cheaper than the board I was thinking about getting before (Asus Maximus V Gene for $200). Anyone know when this will be out, or if it is already now?

I'd go for the Gryphon since it has a thermal shield, which should cover what you don't want to be seen. It's out already : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-gryphonz8... . No detailed information about the shield yet, Asus is quite slow on this. Should look like this with the shield on :
