CPU OC enough for GTX 650ti boost

i have an AMD FX4100 OCed to 4.4, and i was wondering if its still bottlenecking my inno3d GTX650ti boost....here's the link to what my GPU is http://www.inno3d.com/product/gtx650ti_boost.html also i have 8gigs of ram my OS is windows 7 64bit. and i also have probs with CPU throttling from 4.4 to 1.6 and my multiplier from 18 to 7 any thing to make it stable? i read something about messing with the registry .... thanks very much!!

This motherboard has pretty bad power design. Throttling when under full load is unavoidable with your OC-ed fx4100, which is a power-hungry CPU by default. I suggest running your CPU at stock clock only on this motherboard, unless you want the motherboard to burn itself.

but wouldn't it bottleneck my gpu?? users in Game-Debate.com told me that it would unless i OC it....and about the temp it's the cause of the throttling then.?
