Question about Rebate

I'm going to send a mail to Asus for a rebate on my GPU.
They said to attach (Proof of Purchase) barcode on my product box or shipping box similar to the one below. "Cut" out the barcode label and attach to form.

Do I have to physically cut out the car code on my GPU box, or can I just scan, and copy it?
And do I need a stamp?

You must cut the bar code from the box and use that. No copies.

Of course, you will have to affix postage.

I have warranty for my GPU. What if something goes wrong with my GPU, and I need to return it to "NCIX". Do you think I need that barcode? Receipt for sure

Your rebate will not be paid without the original (cut from the box) bar code. If you have to return the GPU, NCIX will refund all but the rebate amount (or conduct an exchange) during the warranty period. This is a typical industry practice.
