I am helping my friend with a PC. I have $200 for the GPU, and I can not compromise anywhere else in the build. He uses after effects cs6 and hitfilm 2 for editing. From what I can tell, the only thing that uses CUDA in CS6 is 3d ray tracing. The only cards I have found that work with this function in my range is the 570 and 470. Aside from the one CUDA function, would a 7850, 470, 570, or 660 do better for editing? Or is most of the work done on the CPU anyways?
