I'd go with Vapor unless you need another display port. The Vapor has a higher default boost clock and has solid caps which helps with power efficiency and temperature.

The only real main differences:
1) Flex has one more display port
2) Vapor has a higher boost clock
3) Vapor has solid caps

Other than that it is practically the same board.. and for only $5 more i'd recommend the Vapor.

The only real difference between the 2 is that the 2nd one has a slightly higher boost clock. I would go for the second if I had to choose because it is slightly newer design and what seems to be a more efficient cooler. But your performance on both is gonna be the same or not noticeable.
